7-8:30pm: What is embodied well-being?
8:45pm: Bonfire – weekend intention setting
Saturday
7-8am: Gentle stretch yoga
8-9am: Breakfast
9-11:30am: Brain-Based Habit Hacks for Amazing Health
12-1pm: Lunch
1-3pm: Free time (optional guided hike to waterfall, massage (available add-on), relax by the pool)
3- 3:45pm: Connect and Rewire
4-6pm: Body Positive – Honoring the Body as an Instrument of the Soul
6-7pm: Dinner
7:30pm: Yoga Nidra for a blissful night’s rest
Sunday
7-8am: Gentle stretch yoga

9-10am: Time to pack and take pictures
10-12n: Soul – Playtime with your inner child and sustainable life hacks to integrate what you learned into your life at home
12-1pm: Lunch
1pm: Depart
