Easy, yet powerful ways to reduce and manage stress. Learn how to live and feel better in your body. This workshop benefits anyone with feet and can be tailored to specific needs. Can be done in a comfortable conference room. Group does not need to change their clothes. Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls included for each participant.

Yoga for Every Body

Classes begin with gentle stretching and breathing techniques encouraging mindfulness, then move through a smooth flow linking breath to movement, working on strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility.
